## About

Choco offers a hand‑picked selection of high‑end pet supplies for dogs, cats, small mammals and fish, complemented by a fully qualified grooming service. All products and services are backed by a local authority pet‑shop licence, a national trade association membership, professional grooming qualification and animal first‑aid certification. Customers book same‑week grooming slots in‑store and receive their purchases delivered, with flexible hours including early mornings, evenings and weekends. Loyalty programmes such as repeat‑grooming discounts, product subscriptions and a points system reward regular clients.

## What sets them apart

Our edge is the combination of a hand‑picked premium product range and a fully qualified grooming service backed by official licences and first‑aid certification.

## Who they work best with

Our ideal clients are individual pet owners who value curated, high‑end products and reliable grooming, rather than large kennels or emergency veterinary needs.
