## About

Hattie Rees is a Nutritionist with a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition from the University of Leeds and a Postgraduate Certificate in Nutritional Studies from Leeds Beckett University, and she is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor trained at the London Centre for Intuitive Eating. She blends evidence‑based nutrition with a weight‑inclusive, non‑diet framework aligned with Health At Every Size, offering personalized plans that consider each client’s lifestyle, emotions and background. In addition to nutrition counseling she integrates Reiki and is pursuing an NLP Master certification, providing a holistic support system for issues such as binge eating, guilt after eating and pressure to lose weight.

## What sets them apart

She uniquely combines formal nutrition qualifications, certified intuitive eating counseling, and Reiki to address both the nutritional and emotional dimensions of eating within a weight‑inclusive, non‑diet approach.

## Who they work best with

Hattie works best with people who want to break free from dieting, improve their emotional relationship with food, and build sustainable, intuitive eating habits. She supports those who are ready to explore underlying emotions, develop a personalized plan, and gain confidence in their choices. Clients who appreciate a compassionate, non‑diet approach and value holistic nutrition and wellness thrive under her guidance.
