## About

I see clients one‑to‑one at The Barefoot Studio in the Vale of Glamorgan, developing nutrition plans that reflect each person’s unique biochemistry. Using the award‑winning Metabolic Balance programme—built from individual blood and biochemistry results—I help improve energy, mood, blood‑sugar balance, digestion and weight management. My credentials include a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Biology, a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy, registration as a Metabolic Balance practitioner and full membership of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy, complemented by ongoing postgraduate training in functional nutrition and related specialties. I have supported clients with type 2 diabetes, thyroid disorders, IBS, chronic fatigue, inflammatory conditions and more.

## What sets them apart

The Metabolic Balance programme I deliver is uniquely tailored from each client’s own blood and biochemistry profile, providing a lifelong plan that shifts the body to burn fat rather than carbs, and is backed by extensive postgraduate training in functional nutrition.

## Who they work best with

I work best with individuals who are looking to achieve sustainable weight loss and metabolic balance, especially those managing conditions such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, or chronic inflammation. Together we create personalized nutrition plans that address biochemical imbalances and support long‑term health.
