## About

Joanna is a Registered Nutritional Therapist in Oxfordshire who blends her nursing background—including intensive‑care experience—with functional nutrition to tackle gut health, mood, weight and skin concerns. She applies evidence‑based nutrition science and physiology to each client’s personal story, designing small, achievable habit changes that add nourishing foods rather than impose restrictions. Joanna holds qualifications such as DipION, DIPCritical Care, RGN, and is a full member of BANT, CNHC, and the Institute for Functional Medicine, ensuring her practice stays current with the latest research.

## What sets them apart

Her unique blend of intensive‑care nursing expertise and functional nutrition allows her to pinpoint underlying physiological drivers and craft addition‑focused plans that empower clients to reclaim health without restrictive dieting.

## Who they work best with

She works best with individuals who are ready to identify underlying causes of their symptoms and commit to small, sustainable lifestyle changes, especially those dealing with gut health, mood, weight and skin issues.
