When I was growing up, I was lucky enough to be surrounded by nature and animals, we grew a lot of our own vegetables and fruit and kept chickens. Like many children I wanted to be a vet, we had dogs cats rabbits, loads of guinea pigs and many other lost strays were nursed back to health and became part of the family. I moved to London and worked in hospitality and attained a diploma in Cordon Bleu cookery. I then travelled my way through Asia to Australia where I ran many restaurants and owned a few. It was in Australia that I realised my true vocation was to become a homeopath.
