Bio
Lesley chose to study food and nutrition after experiencing her own health issues as a teenager. She spent the early part of her career in the food industry before furthering her education in nutrition and lifestyle, and has been a specialist registered nutritional therapist at The Optimum Health Clinic in London since 2008.
