I began looking at health in a different way when conventional medical investigations into my persistent stomach aches revealed that all sections of my digestive system were completely normal and no explanation could be given. An alternative practitioner helped me see the link between my stomach aches and anxiety and my journey in to understanding holistic health had begun.
